Pousada de Mong-Ha in Macao is awesome

Pousada de Mong-Ha is the perfect place to stay in Macao, especially if you are interested in more than gambling. Pousada means a place of rest and welcome and used to identify traditional Portuguese inns which date back to the middle ages. A pousada reflects the architectural, decorative and gastronomic characteristics of a region. The Pousada de Mong-Ha is the hotel associated with Institute of Tourism. Located on a hilltop that was once a 19th century Portuguese fortress today there are natural gardens and woods creating an ambiance of serenity. The hotel has small patios with fountains and traditional Portuguese title accents,

The 20 rooms present a blend of East and West and include all the amenities one expects from a more expensive hotel.  The multi-jet shower is amazing.  The complimentary breakfast includes eggs cooked to order and many homemade items including jams and breads.

There is a free one-way shuttle three times a day to central
locations including the ferry station and A-ma Temple. The Educational Restaurant is beautiful offering a wide selection of wines.  The restaurant also has a Happy Hour and Afternoon Tea. Keep in mind that it is a
school so the restaurant is not open on weekends and holidays. Needless to say, the service is excellent.  The students are passionate about their position and desire to offer excellent service. For more information check http://www.ift.edu.mo/EN/Pousada/Home/Index/240.
